Skincare Products
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, skincare returns are accepted only if products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Only unopened and unused products are eligible for a refund. Opened or used products cannot be refunded.
Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
When returning items, please ensure the package is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at lumissyskin@gmail.com. To expedite resolution, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the product and its packaging. We will investigate promptly and offer a solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, email lumissyskin@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request: [Your Order Number]”. In your message, specify the product name(s), reason for return, and attach photos.
Upon approval, we will provide a return address.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
