Shipping Costs & Eligibility
Standard shipping within the U.S. is free for orders over 50 (after discounts and excluding taxes). For orders under 50, standard shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently do not offer expedited shipping options.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Delays due to carrier logistics, weather, or holidays are beyond our control.
Address Changes & Accuracy
To modify your shipping address, contact us immediately at lumissyskin@gmail.com with your order number. Changes can only be made before your order is processed by our warehouse. After processing, we cannot alter addresses or cancel orders.
Important:
Provide a complete, accurate physical address at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, FPO/DPO/APO addresses.
Delivery Challenges & Liability
Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. For tracking updates, delivery issues, or delays, contact the carrier directly using your provided tracking number.
Failed Deliveries:
If a package is returned due to recipient absence, unclear address, or refusal, we will issue a refund minus return shipping fees.
No refunds or replacements are provided for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
